Tree Debris Collection Information

Residents of Fort Worth with debris related to tree damage from the recent snowfall will not be charged for the collection of brush and bulk items that exceed the city's ordinance.

The Fort Worth City Council approved the city manager's recommendation to temporarily not charge residents for the collection of brush and bulk piles that are larger than 10 cubic yards.

This policy only applies to the collection of debris related to the record snowfall the city experienced on Feb. 11 and 12. No special collections outside the normal scheduled yard and bulk waste collections will be made. This temporary suspension of charges will only be in effect until Saturday, March 13.

Cobblestone Alert! Tree Cleanup ---this Saturday!!!!!!!

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to make everyone aware that the neighborhood is having a get together to help residents remove dangerous tree limbs. If you want to help you can meet Kraig and Tom at Fox River Lane and Ripple Creek Court at 9 a.m. this Saturday March 6th. They will to go to houses that have dangerous limbs/tree branches down and ask if they want them to be cut. Anyone wanting to join them can meet with them and bring chain saws and yard tools/loppers.

Thanks, Cobblestone NA

Neighborhood Garage Sale coming in April.

April 17th, Saturday, will be the Neighborhood Garage Sale, from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. An ad will be placed in the paper. Any leftovers may be left at the curb for Mission Arlington to pick up, like last year. Anyone wanting to have a garage sale will need to call in to get their garage sale permit (permits are free and only two per year allowed).

Thanks, Kenny
